Funding for business projects can be hard to find, especially when the project is sited in Africa. The large majority of projects never get serious funding. This is most often because the project's plans are defective or incomplete.

The Law Offices has long experience working on African projects, including startups. To help developers develop their projects and plans, the Law Offices offers the initial funding questionnaire (IFQ). This is an extensive set of questions (often 15-20 pages in length) tailored to the individual project.

The IFQ examines in fine detail the project's plans, business fundamentals, risks and funding needs. By completing the questionnaire, the project developer typically gains a number of insights into the planned project and its technical and funding challenges.

To discuss your project and learn more about the IFQ, please contact Peter C. Hansen at or at (202) 349-3780.
